1. What file types can I use for my custom picture?

You can use formats such as bitmap, jpeg, TIFF files. No Word documents, GIF files or other image formats please.

2. Can I send negative or transparency?

Our professional scanner can scan negative or transparency.

3. Can I see can a proof before printing?

Yes, we can send a proof at A-4 size for your approval on the colour you can get on the canvas, and of course you need to pay for the proof of $20.00 and postage.

4. What do I need to send to you?

For image file, you can upload on our website, for photo, artwork, negative or slide, you can put in a hard backed speedpost envelope and send it to our office, and keep the receipt for tracking the delivery of your item.

5. How big is the photo/artwork you can scan?

We can scan photo or artwork, up to A3 size(300x420mm).

6. Can I get back my original photo / Artwork /slide / transparency?

Definitely, we will send your originals back with the finished product.

7. What Image resolution do you require?

300 dpi is preferred, but lower resolutions may be OK. Files of up to 7 MB are acceptable but please bear in mind that it will take longer to upload the file to us. We will contact you if we have any problems with your file.

8. Do you offer discount to photographer or corporation?

9. Can I reorder copies?

Normally we store images in your account file, so when you reorder a copy, the image will bring out from the account file, and you will get a 30% discount for reorder.

10. How do I take care of the canvas print?

Because we are using a sprayed laminate on all printed canvas, it is easy to use just a feather duster or dry cloth to remove the dust. Don't use water or other chemical or don't put the canvas print under the sunlight

11. How quick can I get the canvas?

Normally it takes 2 weeks to ship out the canvas prints, after getting your orders and payments, but we do urgent orders, and we will charge you for the speedy services!
